Alison is a professional actor and lecturer who has been training Actors and Presenters internationally for over 20 years at top Colleges, Performing Arts Schools and Universities.
She teaches actors in ways that illuminate their understanding of their work and enlighten their whole approach.
Besides a Doctorate in Drama Studies, Alison holds six other degrees in Education and Theatre Studies, giving her a very rare combination of academic knowledge and professional Experience.
She is also a theatre director and playwright; has acting agents in Cape Town, Zurich, Auckland and Johannesburg; and speaks five languages.

Angelique is a counsellor and motivational coach. She uses practical and purpose-driven counselling methods as opposed to lengthy therapy.
She understands the joy we get from acting, and loves working with others who share the dream.
Angelique holds degrees in Psychology and Speech and Drama; and has an MBA (Ess.) and an Honourary Doctorate in Community Service. She is registered with the Council for Counsellors South Africa (C4CSA) (Registration Nr: CO 20950), and the Association of Certified Chaplains in South Africa as a Board Certified Chaplin (Certification Number 0070/21).
She is an award-winning businesswoman, actress, Philanthropist, title holder, Event Host and Radio Presenter.

Alison already had vast experience working remotely with international actors who were on location working on film or TV sets. While we love in-person training, it is not always possible. When the pandemic hit, most Drama Schools panicked because they could no longer do in-person training, but we at And Action were already highly experienced and already had all the solutions to coach remotely.
